Our team has over 70 years of combined experience in property management and has been operating in the local area for thirty years.

Can I speak to someone over the phone or in person if I need to?
Absolutely. All our team live and work in the local area and each of our clients has a dedicated property manager to act as your regular main point of contact. We can be as involved as we need to be to get the best outcomes for your development, dedicating time to keep you regularly updated.
What is the average size property that you manage?
The average is around 30 homes, but the smallest development is 4 apartments and at present the largest is 160 homes.
Do you take care of all aspects of property maintenance and management?
We certainly do. Our team of property managers works collaboratively with outside contractors and consultant to manage your property. We welcome working with residents management companies and understand the challenges of being a volunteer director.
