September concluded as a particularly busy month for our sales and lettings team in our Chichester office. As well as adding a number of new listings following the historically quieter summer period, we were delighted to agree a healthy number of new sales and complete on a number of property sales in the Chichester and surrounding areas, including a stunning rural property in East Marden (pictured on the right) and a unique detached thatched property in Fishbourne (pictured above). We also achieved a number of agreed lets and property rentals for our growing letting portfolio.
