As an established local, independent agent in Chichester, we are fortunate enough to be fully independent and flexible in our approach to marketing and service. Unlike national agents with more rigid marketing approaches, all our marketing channels are fully managed and run by our team here at our Chichester offices. Our team live and work in the local area, combining decades of experience and expertise to offer honest service and positive outcomes.
Professional services
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our team to offer a wider range of professional in-house services to cover rural and agricultural services and lettings services as well as our existing red book valuations, chartered surveyor services, property management and auction house services.
Tailored marketing strategy
As a local, independent agent, we can offer a lean, tailored approach to each individual property that we market.
As standard, every property that we market will have professional photography, a floor plan, an energy performance certificate, professional brochure, listings on major online property portals (RightMove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket), social media promotion on our marketing channels and circulation to our registered list of prospective purchasers/investors. You will have regular points of contacts with our dedicated sales team who will be on hand to guide you through the purchase or sale journey at every step and ensure things happen in a timely manner.
